Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order value in the online shop. Delivery within Ulaanbaatar is currently free for orders above 500,000 MNT. Below that, a delivery fee may apply or delivery is confirmed separately, and the fee that applies is shown at checkout. The threshold can change, so treat it as current rather than fixed.
Where do you deliver?
Mainly within Ulaanbaatar. Delivery outside Ulaanbaatar can be arranged, and depends on order size, the destination, and logistics availability, so it is confirmed before the order rather than assumed. If your address is outside Ulaanbaatar and the order is urgent, contact us before placing it.
How quickly does an order arrive?
The order cut-off is 16:00 on business days. An order confirmed before then, with payment and stock settled, is usually prepared for next business day delivery in Ulaanbaatar. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees: they depend on payment confirmation, stock, the delivery address, order size, and conditions such as traffic, weather and public holidays. If you need a specific date, tell us before ordering.
How do we know the MONIN products are genuine?
Mongol.coffee is the official exclusive distributor of MONIN in Mongolia, so products bought here come through the official supply chain rather than a parallel import. Every unit arrives with its original label, barcode, and batch and expiry information intact. If anything about a delivery looks wrong, tell us within 3 business days and we will check it.
