Three MONIN products are now live on shop.mongol.coffee and can be ordered without going through an inquiry first.
MONIN Chocolate Pistachio Syrup, 0.7 L. The pistachio and chocolate pairing that has driven a lot of the recent interest in signature lattes and dessert drinks. Five recipes in our library use it.
MONIN Pure Hazelnut, 0.7 L and MONIN Pure Vanilla, 0.7 L. Both are from the MONIN Pure range, which carries the flavour without the sugar. They suit venues that need a lower sugar option on the menu without keeping a separate machine or a separate workflow.
What changes on this site
Every recipe that calls for one of these three now shows a direct link to the product rather than a note saying it is unavailable. Twelve recipe rows across the library, and twelve fewer places where you would have had to ask us what to order.
The rest of the range still moves between the shop and inquiry as stock changes. If a recipe shows an inquiry button rather than a buy button, the product is not currently listed, and the inquiry now carries the product name with it so you do not have to repeat yourself.
What to do with them
The Pure range is worth a trial if you have been asked for lower sugar drinks and have not found a version that holds up in milk. Chocolate Pistachio is the easier sell: it works as a seasonal latte with very little change to an existing build.
